Wedding Packages

When it comes time to plan your destination wedding, vow renewal, or elopement in Hawaii, consider a sunset beach wedding on the Big Island! I offer two different Hawaii Wedding Packages, as well as a variety of Additional Services, such as live music and videography, which may be added on to the standard packages.

Sunset weddings are certainly the most popular time for a ceremony, but sunrise weddings have a lot of advantages as well! Some reasons why you might choose to have a morning ceremony are that it’s not as hot, the beaches are quieter, there’s less vog, plus the soft morning light is beautiful for photos.

Most of our beautiful beach ceremony locations are close to the major hotel and resort areas in West Hawaii (including Kona, Waikoloa and the Kohala Coast). A simple and affordable ceremony at one of the amazing beaches on the Big Island is a perfect way to celebrate your marriage! With the sound of the ocean and a gorgeous sunset or sunrise, your beach wedding ceremony or vow renewals will be something you cherish forever.

Photography is not just a job for Glen — it is his passion. With over 30 years experience in Wedding/Portrait Photography, he goes the extra mile to serve you with excellence and ensure that your Hawaii wedding will be a wonderful, joyous experience that you will recall for a lifetime.

Through the years, Glen has shot thousands of weddings. He was voted among the Top Wedding Photographers in Hawaii in 2010 and 2015 by The Knot. Glen uses top of the line Nikon cameras and flashes, and always carries backups just in case there is a problem.

Glen likes to shoot a large number of photos — averaging 450 to 500 photos per hour. This gives you a complete storyline of your ceremony. All edited photos are placed on a Flash Drive and you have full permission to make all copies without ordering through him. Your Flash Drive is usually ready 24 to 36 hours after the event.

The fee for a fun and relaxed wedding shoot is $350.00.

Karen Yarborough, Photographer & Videographer

Karen has been doing photography and videography in Hawaii and on the West Coast for almost a decade. She looks for those real moments between two people that portray true feelings, personality, and the energy of their love, while including the natural beauty of the environment.

Karen would be honored to capture your Hawaii wedding ceremony and couples session on the beach!

You’ll receive a gorgeous collection of only the BEST wedding photos, (minimum 60). They’ll be retouched and lightly photoshopped as needed. Your finished photos will be delivered as a collection, typically within a few weeks, on an attractive, professional photo platform that you can easily share with others.

Andrew Williamson Videography

Andrew has been a professional videographer for nearly 20 years. He has filmed and edited a variety of weddings from large multi camera productions to small intimate occasions. He has a BA in film from the University of California, Irvine and his work has screened in festivals all over the world. Andrew lives here on the Big Island in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.

Andrew shoots on a mirrorless HD camera using a wireless mic system to capture the ceremony. The finished video will contain an intro title and the entire uncut ceremony. Turn-around time for finished video is approximately two weeks whereupon it will be available for download.

For those who would like to live-stream their ceremony, an adjustable stand will be provided in order to position your phone or other device for optimal viewing.

Lev Yarborough, Videography & Photography

Lev is a certified filmmaker, graduating with highest honors from the prestigious Northwest Film Center School of Film. He is an FAA certified, licensed and insured aerial drone pilot and loves to capture amazing images in the air and on the ground. He’s been capturing weddings throughout his life and in the past decade has captured hundreds of weddings in many states throughout the US with his wife and business partner, Karen.

As your videographer, Lev will provide you with an excellent video of your full ceremony, as well as a couples session on the beach. Your video will include a beautiful aerial drone shot of the beach, music, titles and professionally captured audio. Where there is a good Wi-Fi signal, he will also live-stream to your family and friends back home if you like.

As your photographer, Lev will cover your full ceremony and do a fun couples session on the beach afterwards. You’ll receive a beautiful collection of only the BEST wedding photos, (minimum 80), lightly re-touched and edited. Your finished photos will be delivered as a collection on an attractive, professional photo platform that you can easily share with others.

For larger wedding packages or other private video/photo sessions while on the island, Lev and Karen will customize half day adventure shoots or honeymoon shoots, just contact them at (808) 464-1857.

Musician — $150

If you would like to book a Musician, they can provide beautiful music throughout the wedding ceremony.

The Musician can play English or Hawaiian songs, and play the guitar as well as the ukulele. Musician is booked for 1 hour.

Basic Photography

If you book the Basic Hawaii Beach Wedding Package, which does not include a Photographer, I am happy to take some photos for you after the ceremony with a camera that you provide.

No additional charge, camera must be provided.

Other Services

I am happy to provide recommendations for any additional services that interest you, such as Hair & Makeup or a Dinner Reservation for after the ceremony.

I also have worked as a concierge for a major resort here, and would be happy to assist you with recommendations for places to stay, car rentals, and fun activities while you are here visiting on the Big Island of Hawaii.

No additional charge for recommendations. Outside services must be booked separately.
